4. Payment and Fees

• A nominal processing or consultation fee may be charged for our admission services.

• All fees will be clearly communicated before any transaction.

5. 100% Fee Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund of the service/consultation fee under the following condition:

• If the student decides to change their mind and opt for a different university before the admission is confirmed and processed, the full amount paid to KaroAdmission will be refunded.

• Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the payment date and before final admission confirmation.

• The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

• Refunds are not applicable once the admission is confirmed by the institution or the application has been formally submitted.

6. University/College Fees

• KaroAdmission does not collect or hold any academic or tuition fees on behalf of universities.

• Any fees payable to the selected institution are subject to their own refund and cancellation policies.
